Len brings over 40 years of senior-level commercial experience across the cinematic, video, lottery, and precious metals sectors. A proven innovator, he is best known for pioneering the UK’s first dedicated video film lending library, which he successfully founded and managed for over two decades from 1980.
He later co-founded a global lottery organisation, introducing innovative number selection functionality that enhanced user engagement on an international scale. Today, Len focuses his expertise on the precious metals sector, where he advises individuals and businesses on market navigation, strategic positioning, and long-term value preservation. His meticulous attention to detail, combined with a strong commitment to excellence, ensures clients receive clear, informed, and reliable guidance.
Having worked alongside Len for many years, she plays a key role in supporting consultancy operations, coordinating administration, and ensuring efficient day-to-day business management. Her experience in systems training, diary management, and client liaison allows LGF Consulting to deliver a structured, responsive, and professional service to its clients.

With experience spanning multiple sectors, Cerys brings a strong blend of administrative, managerial, and business expertise to every role she undertakes.
She began her career in the accounts department of a large arcade and leisure company, building a solid foundation in finance and operations, before progressing to a Personal Assistant role to a Director of a global lottery organisation. She later served as HR Manager within a family-run chauffeur company, gaining valuable experience in people management and business operations.
Alongside these roles, Cerys provides administrative support to a family-run business consultation company and runs her own beauty business. She currently serves as Director of LGF Consulting Limited, where she has developed a growing interest in the precious metals sector.
